Shipping Policy

Shipping to USA

1. Shipments will be sent by shipping company YunExpress. Shipping time will be up to 16 business days (exclude Saturday and Sunday).

Cancling & Refunds

1. The products are custom made in our factory. In case ordered different item, return or exchange will not be an option. No refund granted.

3. In case the client received different item from his order or defective product we will fully refund him or resend the order again only if the order isn’t late then 14 days from purchasing day.
4. Defective or different then ordered product will return to us in his original packing. Product that has been used will not be returned.
5. Return shipment fees will be charged from the client.
6. Late shipments than 60 days since order placement day will be fully refunded.
7. Canceling order will be possible only 12 hours since placing order (If client didn’t received the product already or the order is out for delivery already) without any additional charges.
